PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
 
By Appointment
 

Private Training with Mary - $60 per session.

Mat, Reformer, Spring Wall/Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels.

 

Semi-Private Training with Mary - Duos $45 each.
Groups of three or four $30 each.
Mat, Reformer, Spring Wall/Cadillac.

 

Private Training with Susan - $45 per session.

Mat, Reformer, Spring Wall/Cadillac.

 

Semi-Private Training with Susan - Two to four - $30 each.

Mat, Reformer, Spring Wall/Cadillac.
 

Private Yoga Instruction with Adrianne - $60 per session.

 
GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES
 
$30 per class
(four spots available per class)
 
Participants must complete a minimum of 5 private equipment sessions
before joining a group class.
 
Utilizes Pilates Reformers, Spring Walls, and Cadillac
